This website is operated by GA Hukuk Bürosu / Av. Prof. Dr. Gülsün Ayhan Aygörmez. This policy explains the processing of personal data when using gulsunaygormez.av.tr, including use from Germany and the European Economic Area.

3. Hosting and technical service providers

Please do not include unnecessary special-category data, health data, information concerning criminal convictions or security measures, or sensitive information about third parties in an initial enquiry. If a lawyer-client relationship is established, the client file is additionally subject to professional confidentiality, documentation and statutory retention duties.

WordPress-based statistics and security tools may be used for technical usage analysis, error detection and protection against attacks. Where these tools process personal data, processing takes place only to the extent permitted by applicable data-protection law.

Information obtained in the course of legal practice is subject not only to data-protection law but also to applicable professional duties of confidentiality. Merely using this website or submitting an enquiry does not establish a lawyer-client relationship.
